Shipping policy

General Shipping

All orders placed will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delays in shipping may occasionally occur and will be communicated by email, website or social media messaging indicating current delays in shipping. 

 

Examples of such delay would be high order volume, an item is noted on website of its inventory status (restocking/preorder, arrival delay, etc.), for store closure for holiday or conference, etc.

 

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority MailUSPS Ground Advantage, or UPS GroundTracking information will be sent when shipping label is created.

Free Shipping (Promos/Discounts)

When FREE SHIPPING promos/discounts are offered, the shipping method (Ground Advantage or Priority) will be selected by Braxton Rayemyer. In addition, FREE SHIPPING promos do not apply to destinations outside of the U.S.

 

Local Pickup

Local pick-up is ONLY available for customers in and around the Bakersfield, CA area. If you are unsure how to place an order without the shipping fee for Local Pickup, please contact us at hello@braxtonraymeyer.com or through braxtonrayemyer.com. Customer should also contact us after order is placed to schedule pickup time and location.

 

Lost Packages

Please be aware that Braxton Rayemyer is not responsible for any shipping errors due to customer entering address incorrectly during checkout. Furthermore, Braxton Rayemyer is not responsible for any shipping errors made by FEDEX, USPS, UPS (or any other carriers that Braxton Rayemyer may use for shipping products) and/or for orders lost, damaged or stolen during transit. Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for it and it is out of our control. We cannot refund or replace items that do not make it to you or are damaged by the carrier or acts of nature. If your order arrives outside of the timeframe you paid for or is marked as delivered but you have not received the package, please contact USPS or FEDEX directly as Braxton Rayemyer is not responsible for carrier delays nor undelivered packages. If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer will be issued store credit for the item to repurchase as the shipping label has been used and cannot be reissued. 

 

RETURN TO SENDER packages:

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us due to incorrect address! If a package is returned to us, we will issue a store credit to the customer for the amount of the items purchased. We do not provide free shipping labels.
