RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are not, we gladly accept returns and exchanges for store credit.

 All returns and exchanges must go through our return center (linked below and found in our Quick Links section) and must qualify for return or exchange. Please check carefully that the appropriate parameters are met before you initiate a return! Any return initiated outside the eligibility parameters will be denied. 

 Your return/exchange qualifies for store credit IF the following parameters are satisfied.

  • In original clear poly liner.
  • With tags STILL attached.
  • Unworn
  • Unaltered
  • Unwashed
  • Free of pet dander/hair
  • Free of odors (body odor, perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • Free of deodorant/sweat
  • Return is initiated, approved and postmarked within ten (10) days of the delivery date. (Return Center is linked below)

 All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping as we do not provide shipping labels for return. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If items are not mailed back within this time frame, or item does not follow our return/exchange parameters as described above, return authorization is void.

If the above parameters are NOT met (to the extent that the item cannot be relisted/sold), Braxton Rayemyer reserves the right to refuse the return. In such cases, the item can be returned to the customer for a shipping/handling fee of $10. The fee can be invoiced OR deducted from the credit amount due the customer. 

 Sometimes items may sell out in the size you need before we receive the returned product. Because we cannot guarantee item availability, we do not offer ‘even exchanges’ –even to exchange for a different size. In the event you would like to exchange your item for a different size, all exchanges will process through just like a return and a store credit will be granted upon receipt and approval of your returned item.  Please refer to our list above to ensure your product qualifies for a return before sending it to us.

 We understand if you may be concerned that the size you need will be sold out by the time the return is settled and your store credit is issued to you for purchasing the new size, so if you would like, you are free to purchase the size you want through a new transaction while you wait for the store credit. Please note that your new purchase does NOT guarantee that your item will be accepted through our rigorous return inspection, therefore does not guarantee that a store credit will be granted. We will honor any items that fall into our guidelines as mentioned above for returns and exchanges. In the event you choose to purchase a new item while you wait for your return to process, your credit can instead be submitted as refund to your original payment method. This is the only exception to our refund/exchange policy. Please contact us in advance to let us know this is the route you are taking. 

Items NOT eligible for returns or exchanges (NO EXCEPTIONS)

  • Items purchased on clearance
  • Items purchased as a mystery bundle
  • Custom and holiday themed items
  • Items purchased during an event, conference, popup or party
  • Items purchased as part of a wholesale or group order
  • Personal items such as hair accessories, shoes, feeding related items, etc.
  • Gift cards

All returns/exchanges will be processed as store credit. No refunds. Store credit will be emailed to email address listed on order. Store credit expires one (1) year from the date it is issued.
